We make clothing with character, just as my great-grandfather did: As early as 1917, Willem Bernard Duetz jr. began offering ready-to-wear clothing in Zeist — good clothing that was affordable even for people who could not afford a tailor. Even back then, Duetz's mission was to sell “clothing with character": made by people with character for people with character, clothing with character, defying every trend, made to last forever.
We want to inspire people and encourage them to become part of D-Brand, part of our GenZoomer Community. In contrast to all the negative messages from the industry about cost-cutting and store closures. We want to inspire courage and confidence and encourage people — that is exactly what it is all about.
