Shipping Costs

Standard shipping and returns within Germany are free of charge.

For deliveries to the following countries: Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, and Spain, we charge a shipping fee of €9.50. The return shipping costs from these countries must be borne by the buyer.

Shipping Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Credit Card

You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged once the goods are dispatched.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be processed immediately after the order. Further information is provided during checkout.

Google Pay

To pay via Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay activated, authenticate with your login, and confirm the instruction. The transaction will be completed immediately after order submission. Further info is provided during checkout.

PayPal

To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, Luxembourg, you must be registered, logged in, and confirm the payment. PayPal processes the transaction immediately after order placement.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to selected customers. We have no influence over these offers; they are part of your legal relationship with PayPal. Check your PayPal account for details.

Purchase on Account

Available only in Germany. Payment is due 14 days after receiving the invoice and goods. Transfer the amount to the bank account stated on the invoice.

We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check by Boniversum, which requires submission of your date of birth.
